What to expect:
What does my registration fee include?
While we do not want to give away all of the surprises, your registration fee includes an exciting weekend of fellowship, fun, games, and inspirational keynote speakers. The registration fee does not include hotel cost
If my plans change can I get a refund?
Please refer to the registration page for refund deadlines. Once the refund deadline has passed there are no exceptions, no refunds will be given.
Is a one-day registration available?
No, registration is for all three days of the conference.
What airport is near Terrell, Texas?
The nearest major airport is Dallas Love Field (DAL / KDAL). This airport has domestic flights from Dallas, Texas and is 40 miles from the center of Terrell, TX.
Another major airport is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW / KDFW), which has international and domestic flights from Dallas, Texas and is 55 miles from Terrell, TX.
Will transportation be provided to and from the airport?
Transportation will not be provided. Please be sure to arrange transportation to and from the airport.
Who are the speakers?
While we are still finalizing the speakers, please check our website in the coming weeks for a full itinerary
Will I need a rental car?
While you don’t need a rental car please keep in mind the distance from the hotel to Southwestern Christian College is about 3 miles. We are working on providing transportation, however, please plan to arrange your own transportation to and from the campus each day.
Will food be provided?
Finger Foods will be served for the Friday Ice Breaker, one meal will be provided at the banquet, and lastly a meal will be served at the Labor Day picnic.
What is the temperature like in Terrell, TX during Labor Day Weekend?
The temperature can range anywhere between 69 and 90 degrees during the day and cooler at night.

What is the color scheme?
The color scheme will be white and royal blue, the school colors.
